1.1 The Fuzz Bugs Game
This is a perfect pattern-matching game for children who can barely read or can’t read at all! With very little parent help, they can have hours of fun lining up cute Fuzz Bugs based on the color pattern of Fuzz Bugs already in the line. And they can create their own Fuzz Bugs, making the game even more interesting! Go to Fuzz Bugs: Patterns • ABCya! to get started.
While targeted to preschoolers and kindergartners, older children will have fun playing it too. There are about 30 different levels, getting progressively more and more difficult. The only level that is little tricky was level 30. Take a look at our solution in case you get stuck.
By the way, ABCya! • Learning Games and Apps for Kids has tons of other games, many of them free. So look around and let us know below if you find a game that you like!
This is it! You’ve just completed your first coding lesson! Did you have fun? We really hope so! For the next lesson, we will show you another pattern-matching game but, this time, instead of colors, we will match numbers. That will be even more fun!

Hi, thank you for putting together coding games for kids! On ABCya! website, my daughter and I liked the MAKE A CHRISTMAS TREE game – https://www.abcya.com/games/make-a-christmas-tree. Perfect for this season 🙂
